Membership of Yorkshire Productivity entitles you to a huge range of benefits, conservatively estimated to be worth around £3,000 per year:
Our members events are held at different companies premises and include visits to their manufacturing operations and a presentation on the lean activities taking place.
These are usually held at least four times per year with non-members charged £100 per head.
These sessions can be tailored to suit your requirements and consist of a 2 day Planning and Communication course covering:

Skills For Life fully funded training to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of your staff.
NVQs up to 100% grant funded training in a wide range of NVQs including: Business Improvement Techniques Level 2, Performing Manufacturing Operations and iTQ.
Held at local training facilities, these one or two day courses are open to non-members who are charged from £200 per delegate. Your membership entitles you to an automatic 20% discount.

Two days free training
At the start of every Membership year, we provide 2 days free training (worth £550 per day) for senior, middle management and, depending on your circumstances, team leaders.These sessions can be tailored to suit your requirements and consist of a 2 day Planning and Communication course covering:

- How to create a lean culture
- How to establish the right key performance indicators for you
- Team working and project planning
- Developing lean communication systems

At the start of your relationship with Yorkshire Productivity, the free diagnostic is important in order to establish your current position and determine lean training requirements.On an annual basis, we will conduct a free diagnostic to benchmark your progress and agree how to move forward.
