The Warehousing and Storage Level 2 qualification is aimed at operatives in logistics operations.

Operatives could, for example, be working in warehousing and storage, transport, or freight forwarding. 

The qualification is particularly relevant to those who already have basic experience and an understanding of the logistics industry.

The candidate is required to complete the two mandatory assessment routes plus six optional assessment routes.

• Dispatch goods for delivery
• Process returned goods
• Sort goods and materials for recycling
• Manage the receipt, storage or dispatch of goods
• Audit stock levels and stock records
