Lean Office
Yorkshire Productivity's 'Lean Office' programme addresses the specific needs of office and administration environments.
Lean Office developed as a result of manufacturing companies' recognition that the same lean principles, which were being successfully employed on the shop floor, could be used to achieve practical solutions to waste and inefficiency in the office.
This awareness is now spreading to organisations which are service, as opposed to production-based. Indeed, lean principles can be used to achieve savings in almost any office environment.
The Lean Healthcare Academy, for example, has been developed by Yorkshire Productivity's parent company, Virtual College. Drawing extensively upon Yorkshire Productivity's lean skills and experience, it has been structured for those organisations and individuals within the Healthcare sector who want to achieve significant service delivery improvements through the adoption of lean.
