The first step along the lean path with Yorkshire Productivity is a company diagnostic with one of our experienced lean practitioners.

This is an intensive session that will involve staff from many departments. It will provide:

• A clear report of manufacturing or office based activities
• Identification of areas of potential improvement
• A suggested and prioritised order for delivering the training
• A breakdown of who should be involved
• An estimation of how many days support are required

Yorkshire Productivity does not charge for this service. It is as much about you getting to know us as it is us understanding your business.

As there is no typical lean journey; each individual organisation will have its own particular requirements and priorities which will determine the way forward.
