If required, the same trainer will be available to implement practical applications on the shop floor, in order to achieve the full impact of the training sessions.

These implementation sessions have a cost attributed to them, but are heavily subsidised in most areas.

• The process of training will continue in line with the recommendations of the diagnostic.
• Ultimately a second diagnostic can be carried out which will review implementation and make any additional suggestions.
