Diagnostics

The first step along the lean path with Yorkshire Productivity is a company diagnostic.

This is a full day session resulting in a clear report of activities, identification of areas of potential improvement and a suggested and prioritised order for delivering the training.

Lean training

Lean training

Our experienced trainers will address the findings of the diagnostics with a structured programme of in-house training.

This will involve as many employees as are appropriate, from all levels of the organisation.

Implementation

If required, the same trainer will be available to implement practical applications on the shop floor, in order to achieve the full impact of the training sessions.

These implementation sessions have a cost attributed to them, but are heavily subsidised in most areas.
